The building is on three levels: the foundations are formed by a massive, terraced floor on which the ground floor and the attic are built, both of 30 cm diameter wooden logs. The roof is tiled, the windows and doors are made of wood with trelliswork, and the plinth is made of natural Tardos red limestone. Thanks to the log construction, the home is warm in winter and summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The building has an excellent energy rating, category CC, and is heated by a modern condensing boiler, which provides comfort through radiators and underfloor heating. The living room also has a cosy tiled stove in the centre of the living room, further adding to the warmth of the home. The house is fully utilised and is equipped with an alarm system, which can also receive cameras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the basement there is a four-car garage, a mechanical room, a laundry room, storage rooms and a gym with a bathroom with shower. The north-south facing plot is still being landscaped, but a large wooden outbuilding has already been constructed to store tools.
