Practical language assistance for real estate and administration in four languages
Language barriers are common in Hungary, especially when language assistance is needed for real estate matters. I can offer you effective, human and practical help in this area. I am not an official interpreter or a certified translator, but you will receive professional support in understanding and communicating with me.
I communicate in four languages: Hungarian, Dutch, German and English. This allows me to easily bridge cultural and linguistic differences, especially when dealing with foreign clients and office situations.
In what areas can you count on my help?
Real estate translation: I provide expert assistance with the translation of contracts, powers of attorney, utility documents, address cards and car registration.
Personal escort and language support: accompany you to the government office, local authority, notary, lawyer, insurance company or bank. I will help you interpret the situation and translate the conversation on the spot.
Written translation: I produce clear and well-written texts in Hungarian, Dutch, German or English for official matters, e-mails and proposals.
How much does the service cost?
The fee is 10.000 HUF / hour, with a minimum charge of two hours. For simpler written texts, fixed-rate translations are also possible by arrangement. If you need language assistance on a regular basis (e.g. administration, property purchase, car import), please ask for a personalised quote.
