    • Data storage period: For 6 (six) months after the conclusion of your inquiry. If the contact leads to a business relationship, for the entire duration of the business relationship or for 5 (five) years from the completion of the contract, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. 8 years in the case of accounting documents).

    • You object to the processing (Article 21(1) GDPR) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes (Article 21(2) GDPR);

    • the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law applicable to the Controller.

  • Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on point (e) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (performance of a task carried out in the public interest) or point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (legitimate interest), including profiling based on those provisions.
